Consultant Psychologist and Clinical Lead
Dr Brian Solts
Brian is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Group Analytic Psychotherapist with over 30 years' experience of adult mental health within NHS services.
He offers individual, couple and group psychotherapy; as well as being a supervisor, consultant, trainer and mentor with 4 years’ experience of supervising psychotherapists working with television production companies, supporting assessments of wellbeing, mental health and safeguarding of public and celebrities.

Consultant Clinical Psychologist
Elie Godsi
Elie is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 35 years of experience in adult mental health. His approach to therapy is an integrative one, combining evidence-based practices with a personalized style so that your unique needs and goals are addressed. Rapport, trust and empathy are central: he aims to help you make sense of your difficulties with compassion and create a safe and supportive space where you feel able to explore your thoughts and feelings without being judged in any way.
He has extensive expertise in working with clients presenting with the following forms of distress: depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD/ASD, sleep disturbance, eating disorders, complex grief, self-harm, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, substance misuse (or other forms of dependency behaviours), personality disorders, violence and anger. He has particular expertise in the assessment and treatment of all forms of trauma or adversity including childhood abuse and neglect.

Senior Psychotherapist
Vivienne Harte
Vivienne is a psycho-dynamically informed psychotherapist and group analyst/group psychotherapist. She has worked as an individual psychotherapist and group analyst in the NHS and private practice for over 33 years. She offers evidence-based psychological therapies for a wide range of emotional, relational and behavioural difficulties. She is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, which means that she is able to consider a person’s difficulties and work in a way that best suits their individual needs and in a safe, secure and non-judgemental environment.
Some of the issues that she has helped people with include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, childhood trauma, PTSD, personality difficulties. Some come for therapy because they have lost a sense of meaning in their lives and are seeking greater fulfilment. You may have difficulty in concentrating in work or have an inability to form satisfactory relationships. Or you may repeat destructive patterns of behaviour in your relationships causing you to sabotage them when things seemed to be going well or leading you to stay in unhealthy relationships because you fear being alone.

Senior Psychotherapist
Kala Patel
Kala is a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist, registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society with over 27 years' experience supporting clients working on their mental health and wellbeing.
Her specialist training includes Person Centred and Transpersonal psychological therapy models. Other specialist training including HIV/AIDS; Equality; Death and Dying and Trauma.
She has significant experience of working with all people and specific communities, including those from the Indian Sub-Continent and Asia, and specialist interests include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Psychotherapist
Dr Boguslaw Potoczny
Boguslaw is a psychodynamic psychotherapist and group analyst with over a decade of experience, specialising in individual and group therapy. He is particularly experienced in working with clients who face complex emotion regulation difficulties and personality problems.
Throughout his career, he has worked across a range of settings, including the NHS, as well as voluntary and private sectors with individuals facing depression, suicidality, anxiety and relationship difficulties. He largely works from a psychodynamic perspective, incorporating a systemic approach into his individual and group work.
He supervises therapeutic practitioners, teaching Group Dynamics, and facilitates reflective and experiential groups for trainees in psychodynamic counselling and psychology.

Counselling and Clinical Psychologist
Vanessa Vartanian
Vanessa is a seasoned Psychologist with over 20 years experience in providing compassionate and effective mental health care. She specialises in providing an integrative relational approach utilising third wave cognitive-behavioural therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She has a keen interest in the role of mindfulness based practice within psychological therapy.
She has dedicated her career to helping individuals to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression and trauma. She combines evidence-based practices with a personalised approach to therapy, ensuring that each client's unique needs and goals are addressed.
She is passionate about fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions.
