Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy based on the theory that thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and actions are all interconnected. If we change one of these elements, we can alter the others. CBT helps you gain insight into specific difficulties, understand what maintains them, and learn coping strategies to address problematic thinking and behavioural patterns.
